1) House Amendment to Senate Amendment to H.R. 2266 - Additional Supplemental Appropriations for Disaster Relief Requirements Act, 2017 (PDF)

Topline Summary:  This bill makes an additional $36.5 billion supplemental appropriation for disaster relief requirements in FY 2018.

Sponsor: Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) | Oversight and Government Reform Committee |  Veterans Affairs Committee

Topline Summary: This bill provides additional protections to Federal employees who are retaliated against for disclosing waste, fraud, and abuse in the Federal government. Specifically, the legislation increases protections for federal employees, increases awareness of federal whistleblower protections, and increases accountability and requires discipline for supervisors who retaliate against whistleblowers.
