Topline Summary: This bill authorizes that when a member of the Guard and Reserve component is called to active duty under order authorized by 12304 of title 10, U.S.C. in the middle of a training program which requires them to not complete the program, they would not be charged for the months of using Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment benefits that were used because the training program was interrupted by being ordered to active duty.
