1) H.R.369 - To eliminate the sunset of the Veterans Choice Program, and for other purposes (PDF)

Topline Summary: This bill removes the three-year sunset date for the Veterans Choice Program, makes the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) the primary payer for the Choice program, and authorizes VA to share medical record information with a public or private health care provider in order to provide treatment to a shared patient.
