requires the Secretary of Agriculture, acting through the U.S. Forest Service (USFS) to facilitate an equal-value land exchange, at the request of a private entity, of 82 acres of federal lands in the Pike National Forest for 320 acres of private lands in that forest.

2) H.R. 698 - Elkhorn Ranch and White River National Forest Conveyance Act of 2017 (PDF)

Topline Summary:This bill 
requires the U.S. Forest Service to convey 148 acres of land with disputed title in the White River National Forest (WRNF) in Colorado to a private entity.

3) H.R. 688 - Arapaho National Forest Boundary Adjustment Act of 2017(PDF)

Topline Summary:This bill 
would modify the boundary of the Arapaho National Forest in Colorado to include an additional 93 acres of land, which is commonly referred to as “the wedge.”

4) H.R. 689 - Bolts Ditch Access and Use Act (PDF)

Topline Summary:This bill 
directs the Secretary of Agriculture to issue a special use permit to the town of Minturn, Colorado, to preserve the Bolts Ditch headgate for the diversion of water to Bolts Lake, as well as the continued use, upkeep, and repair of the ditch.

5) H.R. 337 - Black Hills National Cemetery Boundary Expansion Act (PDF)

permanently transfers administrative jurisdiction over certain Bureau of Land Management (BLM) land from the Secretary of the Interior to the Secretary of Veterans Affairs for inclusion in the Black Hills National Cemetery. 

6) H.R. 494 - Fort Frederica National Monument Boundary Expansion Act (PDF)

authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to obtain, for inclusion in the Fort Frederica National Monument boundary, approximately 21 acres by donation, or purchase with donated or appropriated funds.
